Our company’s recruitment philosophy and the variety of careers found within the company allow employees joining Narimpex to gain a broad base of experience and develop professionally.

Well-trained young employees is our goal. We are convinced that our sector can only survive with a constant supply of motivated and dynamic personnel.

As a result, we are committed to our apprentices. We are currently training three commercial apprentices according with the federal Reform of 2012. The apprentice are following a three-year training course based on learning social competence, working methods and administration. This new course offers new prospects at the theoretical and practical levels.

As this business course requires a considerable investment by the company offering the training, our internal trainers have attended specialisation courses that have allowed them to implement the legal requirements of the new Reform.
